Gel Polish & Chipping Policy
While gel polish is designed to be long-lasting, chipping or wear cannot always be prevented. Nail condition, lifestyle, aftercare and natural nail growth can all affect longevity. For this reason, gel polish services are chargeable and we’re unable to offer complimentary reapplications for general wear and tear.
If chipping occurs after 10 days, we kindly ask that you book a gel or BIAB infill, or a removal with a new application, as this is considered natural wear.

How to Care for Your Gel Polish
Avoid heat, water and steam for at least 24 hours after your appointment
Wear gloves for cleaning, washing up or gardening
Use cuticle oil daily to keep nails flexible and prevent lifting
Avoid using your nails as tools (opening cans, scratching labels, etc.)
Be mindful of impact — knocks can cause chipping or cracking
Avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged soaking
Book regular infill or reapplication appointments to maintain strength and longevity
