GEL POLISH NAILS

Our nail experts here at Serenity have a range of Gel Nail treatments to offer you including gel polish manicures and nail repair services.

A gel polish manicure is a manicure that uses a soft gel in the form of polish. The gel polish acts as an overlay on the nail that lasts for at least two weeks (but often as long as four weeks). The result is high shine nails with no chipping, peeling, or cracking.

How long will gel nails last?

With proper application and curing, a gel manicure typically lasts 2-3 weeks before starting to peel or chip.

Avoid submerging nails in water for at least an hour after your treatment (ideally for 4 hours).

Wear gloves when doing manual work, cleaning or washing up.

Do not file your nails while wearing GEL polish, as this will break the seal of the polish and can lead to chipping.
