Delivery Information

We offer standard delivery to the UK on all orders at a flat rate of £2.95. Free Delivery over £50. We also offer a free click-and-collect service. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2-4 working days and can take a little longer during busy periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us.
 

Returns Information

At Serenity, we offer a 14-day return policy for UK customers and a 21-day return policy for non-UK customers. In the very unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will, of course, exchange or refund your order.

To receive a refund, the item must be in its original, saleable, unopened condition. If the item is found to be in breach of this, no refund will be given.

Please note that all returns postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
