While gel polish is designed to be long-lasting, chipping or wear cannot always be prevented. Nail condition, lifestyle, aftercare and natural nail growth can all affect longevity. For this reason, gel polish services are chargeable and we’re unable to offer complimentary reapplications for general wear and tear.
If chipping occurs after 10 days, we kindly ask that you book a gel or BIAB infill, or a removal with a new application, as this is considered natural wear.

How to Care for Your BIAB Nails
Avoid heat, water and steam for the first 24 hours
Apply cuticle oil daily to maintain flexibility and strength
Wear gloves for cleaning, washing up and household tasks
Avoid using your nails as tools to prevent lifting or breakage
Be mindful of impact — BIAB is strong but not unbreakable
Avoid picking or peeling the product
Book regular infills as recommended to maintain nail health and structure

If chipping occurs within 10 days of your appointment, we’re very happy for you to book in for a gel repair appointment so we can assess and fix the affected nail(s).
