What is your cancellation policy?

Please allow at least 24hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of appointments, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged. Thank you.

How long do treatments last?

Length of times shown is for the full appointment time and may include a short relaxation period.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for monetary amounts or specific treatments they are valid for six months.

Can I buy a course of treatments?

Yes. Some of our treatments can be purchased in courses and are valid for six months.

Can I make phone calls while being treated?

No. For the comfort of yourself and others it is requested that you turn your mobile telephone off during your visit to us.

Can I bring my children with me?

For your relaxation and for others trying to relax, it is requested that you do not bring children into the salon. Thank you.

In order for us to offer you the best possible service we welcome your comments. Please complete a discreet customer exit survey form, available at reception or please ask to speak to a manager.
